ready to go

i'm all packed. except for the few things (like computer) that i have decided i simply can't live without for the rest of the day. i have one box still untaped, so i can put the last of my things in the box tomorrow morning.

the apartment looks so sad - bare shelves, the carpets rolled up, boxes and loose change everywhere. and i'm on my own for the evening, so i just feel as though i'm rattling around in here, unsettled and unsure of what to do. at this point, i'm ready to be done with the move and unpacked.

the movers come at 8am. which feels like an eternity from now. and also feels like not enough time.
