Cat just calls that outfit "Thursday."
my favorite costumes i've worn to date were the easiest:
i dressed in all black and stuck a bunch of glow-in-the-dark stars on me to be the night sky.
i wore jeans, a white tank top, put tons of product in my hair to make it look really dirty, painted dark cirles under my eyes and track marks on my arms - a calvin klein "heroin chic" model (this was in '98 - the height of CK One)
You can reuse that costume, just add some white powder under your nose and go as Kate Moss.
