also, i think i might be able to see the fireworks on the 4th from our roof. this year, the fireworks are going to be off barges on the east river, between 28th and 42nd. we're in the 80s, but just a few blocks from the river. i bet if we can get to the roof, we'll be able to see the fireworks. i'm usually not a big 4th of july fan, but i'm excited for fireworks this year, for some reason. i better find out if we have roof access...
